Editorial Policy
Last updated: October 2026
NaijaCelebHub exists to be the most accurate, complete and current source of basic biographical facts about Nigerian celebrities. This policy explains how we earn that trust.
Accuracy and sourcing
- Every biography is researched against at least two independent sources before publication — typically Wikipedia plus reputable Nigerian or international media.
- Where sources conflict (dates of birth and net worth figures in this industry frequently do), we publish the best-attested figure and mark uncertain facts as “reported”.
- We do not publish rumors as fact. Unverified claims about relationships, disputes, legal matters or health are excluded, no matter how widely shared on social media.
Net worth figures
All net worth figures are estimates, shown in both US dollars and Nigerian naira, with the word “estimated” always attached. They are compiled from publicly reported income sources (music, film fees, endorsements, businesses, assets) and are revised twice a year. They are not financial advice.
Freshness
- Ages are recalculated every January.
- Career sections are updated when major milestones occur (album releases, film premieres, awards, BBNaija placements).
- Every page shows a visible “last updated” date.
Corrections
Mistakes happen; what matters is fixing them fast. Email corrections with a verifiable source to info@naijacelebhub.com — verified corrections are published within 48 hours with an updated date stamp. We do not stealth-edit contested facts.
Independence
Biographies are written by our editorial team, not by the celebrities’ representatives, and are not sold or sponsored. If a commercial relationship ever affects content, it will be clearly labelled.
Photos
We use only freely licensed images or embedded social posts, per our copyright policy.
No gossip, no defamation
We publish information, not scandal. Content that is defamatory, harassing, or an invasion of privacy has no place here and is removed on notice.
