NaijaCelebHub respects the intellectual property rights of others. Celebrity photographs are typically owned by photographers, agencies or the celebrities themselves — which is why we publish only freely licensed images (e.g. from Wikimedia Commons, with attribution) or embedded social media posts, and never copy press, red-carpet or paparazzi photographs onto our servers.

Copyright complaints (DMCA notice)

If you believe content on naijacelebhub.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@naijacelebhub.com containing:

1. Your full name and contact details, and a statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work (e.g. the original photo and where it was first published).
3. The exact URL(s) on naijacelebhub.com where the infringing material appears.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Valid notices are actioned within 48 hours — the material is removed or disabled promptly.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed following a notice you believe was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice with your details, the removed URLs, and a consent to jurisdiction statement. We will restore the material 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the complainant files court action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts or contributors found to repeatedly infringe copyright are permanently barred from contributing.
